• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tibaj staff members, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Platform Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption that affects a game round, sporting event odds display, or financial transaction, tibaj reserves the right to void any affected bets or game results and refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance. tibaj's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in connection with a technical error or malfunction.

Third-Party Services

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by tibaj's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
